This app creates a user interface to Concept Measurement Inc.’s WiFi-enabled Torq Hub andTorq SpoolTM torque measurement devices.
These devices are intended for use during theinstallation of helical piles - also known as screw piles - to measure and record torque values asthe helical pile gets screwed into the ground.Data is gathered wirelessly via WiFi connection to the Torq Hub or Torq Spool device andlogged to a database within the app.
The device can measure torque, pile angle, rotations perminute and number of rotations during the installation process to ensure proper operation andinstallation result.
Installation depth can also be recorded in the app along with the geolocationof the smartphone or table running the app.
The user can input their own particular jobinformation to be displayed on the PDF or spreadsheet Pile Reports.
The generated reports canbe emailed from the user’s smartphone or tablet when internet connection is available.The app is available in English, French, Portuguese and German.
